摘要
主要介绍了超塑性成形和扩散连接 (SPF/DB)技术在夹心结构空心叶片制造方面的应用 ,前、后缘以及局部形状设计要求 ,叶片的厚度分布、金相组织。
This paper concentrates on the problems encountered in applying SPF/DB technology to hollow sandwich blade fabrication.Several techniques have been discussed to meet the drawing requirements concerning trailing,leading and cell configurations,and thickness distribution,microstructure,mechanical properties as well as the feasibility of the processing procedures.
