摘要
分析了“九五”期间中国能源生产与消费特点 .结果表明 ,2 0世纪 90年代对我国能源需求的预测结果均与“九五”期间我国能源消费的实际状况背离 ,从而对能源需求预测产生巨大困惑并面临新的抉择 .在分析“九五”期间我国能源消费需求总量下降和能源生产以及消费结构变化原因的基础上 ,提出了几个值得探讨的问题 .
The characteristics of energy production and consumption were discussed on the base of the analysis of energy development in China during the Ninth Five Year Plan. It was pointed out that the forecast of energy requirement is faced with a new choice, for the present forecast results were largely different from the actual requirement during the Ninth Five Year Plan. Several problems were put forward from the analyses of the total of energy requirement and the changes of energy production and consumption structure.
