摘要
基于多体动力学原理,利用多体系统仿真软件包建立了VS1型高压断路器的机构动力学模型,并通过试验测试了该型号断路器的机械特性,结果表明所建模型的输出特性跟试验结果吻合得很好,证明了模型的正确性.该模型的建立对于研究断路器的瞬态特性具有重要意义,从而为优化设计提供了良好的平台.基于所建立的模型,对断路器中的部分关键部件,如凸轮连杆机构和油缓冲器进行了优化设计.优化结果表明:对于凸轮连杆机构,若滚轮半径为12 5mm,该机构将有较好的动力传递特性;对于油缓冲器,要想得到较好的缓冲特性,阻力系数的合理范围应为0 05~0 5.
A novel dynamics model of the actuator mechanism of high-voltage circuit breaker was built based on multi-body dynamics. An experiment was done to validate the model. The results show that the model outputs are in good agreement with the test results of the real circuit breaker. The model can be used to study the dynamic features of the circuit breaker and to provide a good basis for circuit breaker optimum design. Some important parts in the circuit breaker such as campole mechanism and oilbuffer were optimized based on the model. The results indicate that the mechanism will have a good impetus transfer feature if the rolling-wheel's radius equals to 125 mm, and the buffering feature of the circuit breaker will be improved if the damping coefficient is in the range of 005~05.
