摘要
信息时代的到来 ,新的更复杂的科学技术使世界文明不断走向劳动者工作机会越来越少的世界。在农业、制造业和服务业中 ,机器正在迅速取代人的劳动 ,到 2 1世纪中叶世界经济将接近完全自动化生产 ,大规模地以机器取代工人的情况将迫使每个国家重新考虑人类在社会发展过程中的作用。在很多人缺乏正式工作的情况下 ,国家如何创造千万人的工作机会 ,将成为 2 1世纪最为紧迫和最为重要的一个问题。
With the coming of information era and the using of complex technology,the employment opportunities become less and less.In agriculture,manufacture and service,machines are taking the place of human beings rapidly and by the middle of 21st century,world economy is almost complete automatiz.machines'substitution of workers on a large scale will force every country to think about human's function in socity develpment under the condition of many people's lack of formal work,it is the most important and wrgent problem for a country to creat working opportunity for millions of people.
