摘要
讨论了D31 0 硅钢片表面纳米复合化学镀层Cu Sn P ZnCr2 S4 的制备条件 ,在所选条件下 ,制得的镀层较Cu Sn P镀层稳定。
The electroless Cu Sn P ZnCr 2S 4 nanometer composite coating on D 310 silicon steal surface has been formed.The influences of both composition and depostion condition on the coating deposit veloicty and properties have been investigated.The Cu Sn P ZnCr 2S 4 film obtained shows higher stability than that of Cu Sn P.
