摘要
本研究测定了4个紫花苜蓿种批的标准发芽率和不同活力指标,并将每个种批子样品的含水量分别调至6、10、14和18%,在35℃密封条件下贮藏8周测定贮藏力;相继计算种批贮前各项质量指标与贮藏力的相关。结果表明:种子贮藏力随含水量增加而降低;在相同含水量下,高活力较低活力种子贮藏力强;当种批平均贮后发芽率在50%以上时,高活力与低活力种批贮藏力的差异在逆境下表现尤为悬殊。与发芽率相比,各项活力指标可更准确地预测紫花苜蓿种批的贮藏力,但以催腐效果最好,在大多数条件下与贮藏力呈显著正相关(P≤0.05),其次为电导率和发芽指数。活力与贮藏力的相关程度受贮藏条件的影响,并当种批贮藏力下降至50%以下时,无论采用发芽率还是活力预测均失去了准确性。
Four lucerne (Medicago sativa) seed lots harvested in 1990 were standard germination and vigour test- ed,the vigour indices included conductivity,controlled deterioration and germination index.The subsampl- es from each of 4 lots were successively taken and ajusted to seed moisture content of 6,10,14 and 18% respectively,each sample was hermetically stored in an aluminumn foil bag at 35℃ for 8 weeks,and ger- mination was measured in each week.The correlation coefficients between seed germination after storage and each quality paremeter before storage were then caculated.The results showed that as the seed moiture content increased,the storability decreased,the low vigour lots usually deteriorated quicker that the higher vigour lots,the difference between high and low vigour lots,when lots germination were above 50%,was particularly greater as stored at the adverse conditions.Comparing to standard germination percentage,each of the vigour indies gave the more accurate prediction of lots relative storability,the best result was obtained from the controlled deterioration,being significant correlated(≤0.05) with seed storability in most of the measurements,follwed by the conductivity and germination index.The degree of the relation of vigour and storability was affected by the storage conditions.As seed germination decreased up less than 50% after storage,either vigour or standard germination result could not give the good prediction for seed storability.
