摘要
目的 总结膝部骨巨细胞瘤的诊疗经验。方法 回顾分析 2 2年来收治的 4 6例膝部骨巨细胞瘤患者的手术切除及显微外科修复方法。结果 随访 5年以上者 39例 ,局部软组织复发 2例 ,骨质复发 2例 ,肺部转移 1例。结论 彻底切除肿瘤是避免肿瘤复发的关键。应用显微骨移植修复瘤切除后所遗局部骨缺损 ,具有骨愈合快、成功率高的优点。术前活检要慎行 ,不列入常规检查手段。
Objective To summarize diagnosed and treated experiments of giant cell tumor of bone in the knee region. Methods 46 cases of giant cell tumor of bone in the knee region by resection and microsurgical repair had been analyzed retrospectively since 22 years. Results Among 46 cases of giant cell tumor of bone in the knee region, there were 39 cases followed\|up above 5 years, 2 cases of local soft tissue recurrence, 1 case of bone recurrence and 1 case of lung transference. Conclusion The key to preventing tumor from recurrence is thorough resection of tumor. Applying vascularized bone graft to repair local bone defect after resection of tumor can make bone recovery rapid and success rate high. Preoperative biopsy is cautious not to be arranged for conventional means.
