摘要
用RIA法对鸵鸟不同繁殖状态下血浆17β-E2,P4的水平变化规律进行了研究。结果表明,连续产蛋鸵鸟在排卵周期内血浆17β-E2峰值〔(0.932±0.049)ng/mL〕出现在产蛋前10~2h,若在此期间无峰值则表明鸵鸟即将停产;不产蛋鸵鸟血浆17β-E2无显著峰值;3个繁殖状态下鸵鸟血浆17β-E2基础值差异不显著(P>0.05)。连续产蛋鸵鸟在排卵周期内血浆P4峰值〔(8.82±0.49)ng/mL〕出现在产蛋前16~10h,且峰值有较长的持续期,从峰值出现到产蛋期间,血浆P4水平是缓慢下降的;产蛋前血浆P4无峰值表明鸵鸟不再排卵产蛋;不产蛋鸵鸟血浆P4无显著峰值出现,且其基础值比产蛋鸵鸟低,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。
Values of 17βE2,P4 of the plasma of ostrich were measured by h(17βE2,P4)RIA.The result indicated:the peak values of 17βE2 and P4 of successive laying ostriches respectively appeared 10-2 h and 16-10 h before laying peak values of P4 reduced slowlly befor laying.Intermittent ostriches hadnt the peak of 17βE2 and P4 during 24 h before laying the lastest egg.Nonlaying ostriches hadnt the peak of 17βE2 and P4.Between this 3 kinds of reproductive stages,17βE2,P4 basic values in ostrichs plasma were respectively not differential (P>0.05).
