数字技术对提升大学生体质健康水平的实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 为验证数字技术对提升大学生体质健康水平的应用效果,重点分析了华东理工大学健康校园SAAS平台的建设路径和实施策略,并以随机抽样的596名本科生为实验对象,考察数字技术对学生锻炼行为和体质健康水平的影响。对实验组进行在线互助学习、线下体适能测试、场馆预约、活动报名和跑步打卡等手段的干预,与对照组相比,实验组学生在锻炼频率、时长和强度方面有显著提升,且实验组的体质健康测试合格率和身体质量指数(BMI)得分均优于对照组,表明数字技术的应用对提升学生体质健康水平作用显著。该研究不仅创新性地构建了数据采集与分析体系,也为高校体育教育的数字化转型提供了操作框架和实证支持。 In order to verify the application effect of digital technology on improving the physical health level of college students,the construction path and implementation strategy of SAAS platform for health campus of East China University of Science and Technology were analyzed,and the influence of digital technology on students'exercise behavior and physical health level was investigated through comparative experiments on 596 undergraduates randomly sampled.Through the intervention of online mutual learning,offline physical fitness test,venue booking,activity registration,running clock and other means,the experimental group found that the exercise frequency,duration and intensity of students in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with the control group,and the passing rate of physical health test and BMI score of the experimental group were superior to the control group.It shows that the application of digital technology has a significant effect on improving students'physical health level.This study not only innovatively constructs a data collection and analysis system,but also provides an operational framework and empirical support for the digital transformation of college physical education.
