摘要
通过引入成果导向教育(OBE)理念,以学生为中心,以学习产出为导向的工程训练模式,在项目制课程教学中采取反向式教学设计,围绕OBE模式下的师资团队、学生的需求、实践平台三方面进行实践探索。实践教学表明,OBE模式下的项目制工程训练使学生的自主意识被激活、创新思维和实践能力得到了普遍提高,从中获得的各类团队成果和个人成果让学生对自身的能力和价值有了新的认识。
This article introduces the concept of outcome oriented education and explores a student-centered and output oriented engineering training model.In project-based curriculum teaching,a reverse teaching design is adopted,it focuses on the teacher team,student needs,and practical platform under the OBE model for practical exploration.Practical teaching show that project-based engineering training under the OBE model activates students'autonomy,improves their innovative thinking and practical abilities,and the various team and individual achievements are obtained.It also gives students a new understanding of their own abilities and values,greatly inspires their confidence.
