摘要
基于创新综合开放的理念,以“学生亲自动手,综合应用铸锻焊三大工艺”为目的,构建了材料成型创新综合实验平台,包含综合数字化前处理系统、综合开放成型系统和综合后处理系统。实验平台中实验设备“小而精”,学生可以亲自动手,获得亲手创造出零件的体验感。材料成型创新综合实验课程打破传统实验教学中各实验项目的界限,实验项目融合了铸锻焊成型技术,按照零件成型的逻辑关系强化了课程内容体系;变被动适应为主动探索,促进学生理论知识与工程实践深度交叉融合。
In response to the prominent problems in the traditional experimental teaching of the materials forming and control engineering major,Chongqing University's materials forming and control engineering major is based on the concept of innovation,comprehensive openness,and aims to“students personally apply the three major processes of casting,forging,and welding”.It constructs a comprehensive experimental platform for material forming innovation and innovated the material forming innovation comprehensive experimental course.The material forming innovation comprehensive experimental platform includes an innovation comprehensive digital pre-processing system,an innovation comprehensive open forming system,and an innovation comprehensive post-processing system.The experimental equipment in the experimental platform is small and sophisticated,allowing students to hands-on experience and truly create products with their own hands.The comprehensive experimental course of material forming innovation breaks the boundaries of various experimental projects in traditional experimental teaching.
