摘要
从新安医学这一中医学重要流派出发,梳理了古徽州疫病发展概况,着眼于新安医家、论著中所含的“通治”思想,从个性中探索共性,归纳总结了新安医学通治疫病透邪、解毒、扶正、通下四个显著特点,列举了新制救疫汤、治疫清凉散、太无神术散、子午年温疫初病主方、瘟疫汤五个代表方药及其配伍特点,以期为临床疫病论治开辟行之有效的新思路、新方法。
Starting from the important school of traditional Chinese medicine in Xin'an,this paper summarizes the development of epidemic diseases in ancient Huizhou,focusing on the“Tongzhi”ideas contained in Xin'an medical experts and treatises.From individuality,it explores commonalities and summarizes the four significant characteristics of Xin'an medicine's comprehensive treatment of epidemic diseases:eliminating evil,detoxifying,supporting the body,and purging.It lists five representative formulas and their compatibility characteristics,including Xinzhi Jiuyi decoction,Zhiyi Qingliang powder,Taiwu Shenzhu powder,Ziwu Nian Epidemic Initial Main Formula,and Plague decoction,in order to open up effective new ideas and methods for clinical epidemic treatment.
