基于改进麻雀搜索算法的海岛微网多目标优化调度 被引量:1

摘要 为提高海岛微网中可再生能源的消纳比例,降低负荷峰谷差。本工作以满足海岛居民负荷需求和微网运行总成本最低为目标,全面考量功率均衡、柴油发电机爬坡及抽蓄电站启停等相关约束,构建了含光能、风能、潮汐能、抽蓄电站和柴油发电机的海岛微网多目标优化调度模型。采用sobel机制和正余弦扰动等策略改进麻雀搜索算法,通过测试函数与其它优化算法进行实验对比,表明改进算法不仅能克服算法本身的缺陷,还提高了收敛效果和搜索能力,并将其应用到模型的求解过程。仿真结果表明,本工作所构造的海岛微网多目标优化调度模型能有效提高可再生能源的利用率,绿色环保无污染,经济效益显著,并对海岛微网未来研究进行了展望。 In order to increase the consumption ratio of renewable energy in the island microgrid and reduce the load peak-to-valley difference.This paper constructs a multi-objective optimal scheduling model for island microgrid containing solar energy,wind energy,tidal energy,pumped storage power plant and diesel generator with the objective of satisfying the demand of island residents and minimizing the total cost of microgrid operation,taking into account the constraints related to power balance,diesel generator ramp-up and pumped storage power plant start/stop.Strategies such as sobel mechanism and sine cosine perturbation are used to improve the sparrow search algorithm.experimental comparison with other optimization algorithms through test functions shows that the improved algorithm can not only overcome the defects of the algorithm itself,but also improve the convergence effect and search ability,and apply it to the model solving process.The simulation results show that the multi-objective optimal scheduling model of the island microgrid constructed in this paper can effectively improve the utilization rate of renewable energy,is green and pollution-free,and has significant economic benefits,and provides an outlook on future research of the island microgrid.
