摘要
后冬奥时代,构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局,是依托冰雪体育产业推动黑龙江省经济全面振兴的应然之举,具有深刻的战略意涵。通过检思“双循环”新发展格局下黑龙江省冰雪体育产业高质量发展的现实情况,得出黑龙江省存在政策红利频发、经济发展稳健、投入持续拓宽、科技创新加持、文化辐射广泛等发展机遇,同时也面临国内循环活力欠佳、国际循环竞争力弱的发展阻力。对此,提出以提升供给质效、释放消费潜能立足国内循环;以强化技术赋能、提高竞争优势畅通国际循环的行动路向。通过在供需两端协同发力,共同推动黑龙江省冰雪体育产业繁荣发展,开创未来更加广阔的发展前景。
In the post Winter Olympics era,building a new development pattern with domestic circulation as the mainstay and domestic and international circulations mutually promoting each other is a natural move to promote the comprehensive revitalization of the economy of Heilongjiang Province based on the ice and snow sports industry,and it has profound strategic implications.This paper has examined the reality of high-quality development of the ice and snow sports industry in Heilongjiang Province under the new development pattern of“dual circulation”,it is concluded that there are development opportunities such as frequent policy dividends,stable economic development,continuous investment expansion,technological innovation support,and extensive cultural radiation in Heilongjiang Province.At the same time,it also faces development obstacles such as poor domestic circulation vitality and weak international circulation competitiveness.Aiming to these problems,it is proposed to improve the quality and efficiency of supply and unleash consumption potential based on the domestic circulation;the course of action is to strengthen technological empowerment,enhance competitive advantages,and facilitate international circulation.By synergizing efforts between supply and demand,concerted promote the prosperity and development of the ice and snow sports industry in Heilongjiang Province,and create broader prospects for future development.
