摘要
新质生产力包含物质生产力和精神生产力。核心就业能力是高职院校职业生涯教育的重要内容,核心就业能力的水平决定个体职业生涯的起点和发展趋势。创新研究高职院校毕业生核心就业能力与新质生产力之间的关系,构建两者相匹配的人才培养新模式,对国家经济发展、供需两侧匹配和实现个体职业价值具有重要的意义。
The new productive forces include both material and spiritual productive forces.Core employability is an important content of vocational education in vocational colleges,and the level of core employability determines the starting point and development trend of an individual’s career.Researching the relationship between the core employment ability and new quality productivity of vocational college graduates,and constructing a new talent training model that matches them innovatively,is of great significance for national economic development,supply and demand matching,and personal career value realization.
