As the core module of global trade and logistics,container structure optimization and lightweight design are crucial.This article provides a detailed analysis of the basic structure and design requirements of containers,and explores optimization strategies for the box body,bottom,and corner components.By using high-strength low-alloy steel,aluminum alloy,and composite materials,the goal of container lightweighting has been achieved.Computer aided design and finite element analysis technology have played a key role in optimizing structures and reducing weight,and the concept of intelligent design provides new ideas for improving container performance.
