摘要
轻压下技术可有效改善铸坯中心偏析、疏松、缩孔等缺陷。为了改善Q345qD钢2270mm×250 mm断面的连铸板坯在生产过程中出现的中心偏析等问题,本研究通过建立凝固传热模型,研究拉速、过热度、比水量对Q345qD铸坯凝固过程的影响,并通过射钉试验验证此模型的准确性。在原有工艺的基础上,采用动态轻压下技术改变铸坯凝固过程。结果表明,采用动态轻压下技术后,铸坯内部质量显著提高,铸坯低于1.0级偏析比例由51.21%提高至62.11%。
The soft reduction technique can effectively improve the defects such as center segregation,loosening,and shrinkage of cast slabs.In order to improve the problems such as center segregation in the production process of continuous casting slabs of Q345qD steel with 2270 mm×250 mm section,this study establishes a solidification heat transfer model,investigates the influence laws of casting speed,superheat,and specific water volume on the solidification process of Q345qD cast billets,and verifies the accuracy of the model through shot peg tests.dynamic soft reduction technology is used to improve the internal quality of cast billet.The results show that the proportion of cast billets with less than 1.0 grade segregation is increased from 51.21%to 62.11%after adopting the dynamic soft reduction technology.
