连铸轴承钢压下技术的研究与应用进展 被引量:8

摘要 轴承钢铸坯内部易产生中心疏松、缩孔和中心偏析等缺陷,对轧制及成品都会产生不利影响。连铸压下技术是改善铸坯内部缺陷的一种最有效的方法,综述了压下技术的研究及应用进展,重点介绍了凝固末端大压下技术、凸形辊压下技术、单辊重压下技术和两段式重压下技术,提出大方坯轴承钢末端重压下技术的发展方向。 The center porosity,shrinkage cavity and center segregation at internal of casting blank of bearing steel have negative effects on rolling and finished product. The reduction technology for continuous casting is considered as an effective method for improvement of internal defects of casting blank. The research and application progress of reduction technology are reviewed,The heavy reduction technology at the end of solidification,reduction technology with convex roller,heavy reduction technology with single roller and two-stage heavy reduction technology are introduced emphatically. The development direction of heavy reduction technology at the end of bloom bearing steel is pointed out.
