摘要
循证实践能力作为护理硕士专业学位研究生的核心能力之一,不仅能为其提供重要的科学方法和指导,还能帮助其日后临床合理应用专业资源进行科学的护理决策。在OBE(基于学习产出的教育模式)视域下,结合循证护理教学实践,探析提升护理硕士专业学位研究生循证实践能力的路径。
As one of the core competencies of nursing master's degree postgraduates,evidence based practice competency not only provides them with important scientific methods and guidance,but also helps them to make scientific nursing decisions by applying professional resources rationally in clinical practice in the future.Under the perspective of OBE(Outcome-Based Education),the path to enhance the evidence based practice competency of nursing master's degree postgraduates is explored in the light of the teaching practice of evidence based nursing.
