摘要
通过双盐流电氧化还原脱盐(double salt stream electroredox desalination,DSSED)系统对模拟的宁东能源化工基地煤矿矿井水进行研究.主要分析在不同电压和电解质浓度下,DSSED系统处理6000 mg/L NaCl溶液的能耗、脱盐速率和耐久性.结果表明,DSSED系统处理6000 mg/L NaCl溶液,能耗小于0.2 kW·h/m^(3),最高平均脱盐速率可达197.5μg/(cm^(2)·min),DSSED系统的稳定性与重复性良好.在最佳工作条件下,DSSED系统在4 h内可将模拟的宁东能源化工基地煤矿矿井水(ρ=6000 mg/L)降至淡水水平(ρ<500 mg/L),平均脱盐速率达到160μg/(cm^(2)·min),离子的去除率均达到90%,能耗为0.397 kW·h/m^(3),可为宁东能源化工基地高盐水的处理提供新的解决思路.
In this paper,a double salt stream electroredox desalination(DSSED)system is employed to treat simulated mine water from the Ningdong Coal Mine.Firstly,the energy consumption,salt removal rate,and durability of 6000 mg/L NaCl saltwater treated by the DSSED under different voltages and electrolyte concentrations are compared.The results indicate that the energy consumption of the DSSED system for treating 6000 mg/L NaCl saltwater is less than 0.2 kW·h/m^(3),and the highest average salt removal rate can reach 197.5μg/(cm^(2)·min),demonstrating good stability and repeatability.Under the best working conditions,the DSSED system can desalinate simulated mine water from the Ningdong Coal Mine to freshwater level(<500mg/L)within 4 hours,achieving an average salt removal rate of 160μg/(cm^(2)·min),an ion removal rate of 90%,and an energy consumption of 0.397 kW·h/m^(3).This study provides a new solution for the treatment of high-concentration saltwater in the Ningdong area.
