摘要
针对目前我国露天煤炭资源开发现状,分析了影响露天矿科技创新的环境因素和建设中存在的问题,基于国家和区域政府的体制政策,介绍了露天煤矿实施科技创新战略的指导思想和现阶段主要工作,并就露天煤矿的地质、资源条件和企业性质,指出了露天煤矿实施科技创新战略过程中的重点工作。
According to the development situation of coal resource, the environment factors that have influence to science and technology innovation and construction problems was analyzed, base on the policy and system of state and regional government, the guiding ideology and primary work needed to be done now was introduced when the open pit coal mine implementing the technical innovation strategy, Finally, based on the geological resources situation and enterprise nature, the key works .that the coal mine should do were pointed when in the course of implementing the technology innovation strategy.
