摘要
随着职业教育的持续推进与深化改革,“1+X”书证融通制度已成为高职院校人才培养的崭新范式。基于此,首先阐述1+X证书制度的概念和特点,其次分析高职院校人才培养模式的现状,再次探讨“1+X”制度实施的必要性和可行性,并基于“1+X”书证融通背景提出高职院校人才培养模式的构建策略,以期提高高职院校的教育品质,并显著增强毕业生的就业竞争力,使他们在日益激烈的职场竞争中脱颖而出。
With the continuous promotion and deepening reform of vocational education,the “1+X” integration system of documentary evidence has become a new paradigm for talent training in higher vocational colleges.Based on this,this paper first expounds the concept and characteristics of “1+X” certificate system,and analyzes the current situation of the talent training mode in higher vocational colleges,and then discusses the necessity and feasibility of the implementation of “1+X” system.Based on the background of “1+X” integration of documentary evidence,this paper puts forward the construction strategy of talent training mode in higher vocational colleges to improve the educational quality of higher vocational colleges and significantly enhance the employment competitiveness of graduates,so that they can stand out in the increasingly fierce competition in the workplace.
