摘要
目的探讨生长抑素联合艾司奥美拉唑对重症急性胰腺炎(Severe Acute Pancreatitis,SAP)患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性选取漳州市医院急诊科2022年1月至2023年12月收治的120例重症急性胰腺炎患者的临床资料,根据治疗用药方法不同分为两组,对照组给予注射用生长抑素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗,每组各60例。观察并比较两组患者的临床症状缓解时间、病情改善情况以及炎症因子水平等指标。结果观察组患者的腹痛缓解时间、腹胀缓解时间、肠鸣音恢复时间等均短于对照组,且观察组患者的血清淀粉酶、白细胞计数及Ranson评分均低于对照组,同时观察组治疗后的C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)等炎症因子水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生长抑素联合艾司奥美拉唑不仅能有效缩短重症急性胰腺炎患者的临床症状缓解时间,显著改善病情,还能有效降低炎症因子水平,对控制炎症反应具有积极意义,具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of a treatment regimen combining somatostatin and esomeprazole in patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 120 patients with severe acute pancreatitis who were admitted to the emergency department of Zhangzhou Hospital,Fujian Province,between January 2022 and December 2023.Patients were divided into two groups based on the treatment protocol.The control group received injectable somatostatin,while the observation group was treated with a combination of somatostatin and esomeprazole,60 cases per group.The clinical outcomes,including the time for symptom relief,disease improvement,and levels of inflammatory markers,were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group showed significantly shorter times for abdominal pain relief,abdominal distension relief,and return of bowel sounds compared to the control group.Additionally,the observation group had lower serum amylase,white blood cell count,and Ranson scores.After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6,and TNF-αin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of somatostatin and esomeprazole effectively shortens the time for clinical symptom relief in patients with severe acute pancreatitis,significantly improves clinical outcomes,and reduces inflammatory marker levels.This treatment regimen plays an important role in controlling inflammation and has significant clinical application value.
