摘要
目的 :观察胎盘免疫调节因子 (PIF)对病人细胞免疫功能及体液免疫功能的影响。方法 :利用 PIF治疗妇科恶性肿瘤 6 3例 ,并设对照组 6 3例。治疗组病人每天肌注 PIF4ml,30 d为一疗程 ,对照组不注射 PIF。两组病人治疗前及治疗 30d后抽血检测 T淋巴细胞亚群 (CD3、 CD4、 CD8)、 NK细胞活性、淋巴细胞转化率 (L T)及免疫球蛋白 (Ig A、 Ig G、 Ig M)。结果 :经 PIF治疗后 ,治疗组病人 CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、L T及 NK细胞活性均明显增高 ,Ig A、Ig G、Ig M也明显增高 ,而对照组的上述指标均有所降低。结论 :PIF能提高妇科恶性肿瘤病人的细胞免疫功能及体液免疫功能。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect on immunological function of gynecologic malignant tumor patients treated with placental immunoregulating factor (PIF) Methods:PIF was used to treat 63 cases of gynecologic malignant tumor patients comparing with a control group of 63 cases of patients diagnosed similarly in the same period Patients in treating group were injetced with PIF 4 ml/day and the period of treatment was 30 days.The activity of NK cells, the CD 3 + cells,the CD 4 + cells,CD 4 +/CD 8 + ratio,the ratio of lymphocyte transforming (LT),IgA,IgG,IgM in the peripheral blood of two group patients were detected before PIF treatment and after treatment for 30 days.Results:After PIF treatment,the activity of NK cells,CD 3,CD 4,CD 4/CD 8,LT,IgA,IgG,IgM of the group in treatment significantly increased,and those indexes of control group decreased.Conclusions:PIF can obviously promote the immunological function of patients with gynecoloigic malignant tumor.
