导向滑靴是采煤机的关键承载件,其质量直接影响采煤机的运行品质。介绍了采煤机导向滑靴新材料27SiMn钢的热处理工艺,具体包括淬火加热温度、淬火加热时间、回火温度、回火时间。采用新材料27SiMn钢和对应的热处理工艺,可以生产出高可靠性的采煤机导向滑靴。
The guide sliding shoe is the key bearing part of the coal cutter,its quality directly affects the running quality of the coal cutter.The heat treatment process of 27SiMn steel,a new material for the guide sliding shoe of the coal cutter,was introduced,including quenching heating temperature,quenching heating time,tempering temperature and tempering time.Using the new material 27SiMn steel and the corresponding heat treatment process,it is possible to produce high-reliability guide sliding shoe of the coal cutter.
