摘要
为解决现阶段加工采煤机导向滑靴耐磨层工艺所存在的问题,提出以气保焊代替电弧焊,以半自动堆焊代替手工堆焊等改进措施。根据试验设备及导向滑靴的结构特点,调整不同的焊接参数对半自动堆焊进行可行性分析,对实际生产具有参考价值。
In order to solve the existing problem of processing technology in wear-resisting layer of guide shoes,the proposal that gas shielded welding instead of arc welding and semi-automatic welding instead of manual welding are proposed.According to the structure features of test equipment and guide shoes,adjusts different welding parameters to conduct feasibility analysis on semi-automation welding.This research will play a guiding role of the actual production work.
