季铵型松香基酰胺树脂吸附单宁酸及其机理

Adsorption of Tannic Acid by Quaternary Ammonium Rosin Based Amide Resin and Its Mechanism

摘要 以氢化松香丙烯酸乙二醇酯为单体,通过悬浮聚合法制得松香基酰胺树脂(RBR),进一步改性制备季铵型松香基酰胺树脂(QARBR)。对QARBR进行表征,探讨其对单宁酸(TA)的模拟体系和真实体系的去除性能及吸附机理。研究结果表明:QARBR的比表面积、孔容、平均孔径及平均粒径分别为19.21 m^(2)/g、0.13 cm^(3)/g、26.62 nm及329μm。在TA初始质量浓度为100 mg/L、QARBR投加量为3.0 g/L、温度为303 K、pH值为7及吸附时间为120 min的条件下,QARBR对TA吸附量为28.92 mg/g,去除率为94.60%。经5次循环使用后,QARBR对TA的去除率仍可达87.62%。吸附等温线及热力学分析结果表明:QARBR吸附TA是一个自发、放热的多层吸附过程。量子化学理论计算结果表明:QARBR吸附TA主要通过季铵基团和酚羟基之间的静电吸引作用实现。 Rosin based amide resin(RBR)was prepared by suspension polymerization using hydrogenated rosin ethylene glycol acrylate as monome,and quaternary ammonium rosin based amide resin(QARBR)was prepared by modification of RBR.QARBR was characterized to study its removal performance and adsorption mechanism for the simulated and real systems of tannic acid(TA).The results showed that the specific surface area,pore volume,average pore size,and average particle size of QARBR were 19.21 m^(2)/g,0.13 cm^(3)/g,26.62 nm,and 329μm,respectively.Under the conditions of TA initial mass concentration of 100 mg/L,a dosage of 3.0 g/L,a temperature of 303 K,a pH value of 7,and an adsorption time of 120 min,QARBR had an adsorption capacity of 28.92 mg/g for TA and a removal rate of 94.60%.After 5 cycles of use,the removal rate of TA by QARBR was 87.62%.The adsorption isotherms and thermodynamic results showed that QARBR adsorption of TA was a spontaneous and exothermic multi-layer adsorption process.The theoretical calculation of quantum chemistry theory calculations showed that TA adsorption by QARBR was mainly achieved through electrostatic attraction between quaternary ammonium groups and phenolic hydroxyl groups.
