摘要
了解某地区铁路职工2023年超重/肥胖流行状况,为采取防控措施提供科学依据。2023年5月—10月,对该地区11307名铁路职工开展健康检测。结果显示,超重率、肥胖率分别为32.97%和14.59%;男职工超重率、肥胖率均高于女职工;超重率、肥胖率有随着年龄增加而降低的趋势;不同工种间超重率、肥胖率存在差异,以机车乘务员为最高,以工务人员为最低。提示需对该地区铁路职工超重肥胖情况给予关注,采取针对性防控措施维护职工健康。
Understand the prevalence of overweight/obesity among railway employees in a certain area in 2023 to provide scientific basis for taking prevention and control measures.From May to October 2023,health tests were conducted on 11307 railway employees in the area.The results showed that the overweight and obesity rates were 32.97%and 14.59%respectively.The overweight and obesity rates of male employees were higher than that of female employees.Overweight and obesity rates tend to decrease with age.There are differences in overweight and obesity rates among different types of work,with locomotive crews having the highest rates and track division workers having the lowest rates.The situation of overweight and obesity among railway employees in the area is not optimistic,and targeted prevention and control measures need to be taken to protect the health of employees.
