摘要
为了解高海拔(>2500 m以上)地区机车乘务员的心理健康状况及其影响因素,采用心理量表基线调查问卷调查某机务段机车乘务员心理健康状况。单因素结果显示,该高海拔地区机车乘务员在不同年龄段、岗位等级、婚姻状态、高海拔地区居住时间、睡眠质量、是否饮酒方面总均分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素结果显示,岗位等级、睡眠质量状况、是否饮酒是该高海拔地区机车乘务员心理健康状况的影响因素(P<0.05)。提示应进一步重视高海拔地区机车乘务员心理健康状况,从心理健康评估与筛查、心理健康教育与干预等方面采取措施改善机车乘务员心理健康状况。
In order to understand the psychological health status and influencing factors of locomotive divers in high-altitude areas(>2500 m),the"psychological scale baseline survey questionnaire"was used to investigate the psychological health status of locomotive divers in a certain locomotive depot.The single factor results showed that there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05)in the overall average scores of locomotive divers in different age groups,job levels,marital status,length of residence in high-altitude areas,sleep quality,and alcohol consumption in the high-altitude area.The results of multiple factors showed that job level,sleep quality status,and alcohol consumption were the influencing factors of the psychological health status of locomotive divers in this high-altitude area(P<0.05).It is suggested that more attention should be paid to the mental health status of locomotive drivers in high altitude areas,and measures should be taken to improve the mental health status of locomotive drivers from the aspects of mental health assessment and screening,mental health education and intervention.
