摘要
山东某城市为改善区域水环境、保障下游跨省交界断面水质达标、推进污水再生利用,采用“一厂两用”模式,将老城区溢流污染控制、污水处理厂准Ⅳ类集中提标等功能集中在一个厂内实现。核心处理工艺采用“高效沉淀池+曝气生物滤池+反硝化深床滤池+臭氧氧化”。运行结果表明,提标后出水水质全面优于出水标准,月均值COD为14~22.2 mg/L,NH_(3)-N质量浓度为0.13~0.73 mg/L,TN质量浓度为5.54~8.67 mg/L,TP质量浓度为0.03 mg/L,氟化物质量浓度为0.71~1.43 mg/L。介绍了主要构建筑物及工艺参数,总结出“以总体效能为导向一厂两用、污水准Ⅳ类提标与再生利用相结合的示范”等特点,具有一定的创新价值和推广意义。
To improve the regional water environment,ensure that downstream cross-provincial water sections meet quality standards,and promote sewage recycling and utilization,a city in Shandong Province adopted the"One Plant-Two Use"model to control combined sewer overflows(CSOs)and upgrade sewage treatment to a Quasi-Ⅳ standard within a single plant.The core treatment processes adopted include high-efficiency sedimentation tanks,biological aerated filters,denitrification deep-bed filters,and ozone oxidation.Operational results show that the effluent quality surpasses the effluent standards,with monthly averages of COD ranging from 14 to 22.2 mg/L,NH_(3)-N from 0.13 to 0.73 mg/L,TN from 5.54 to 8.67 mg/L,TP at 0.03 mg/L,and fluoride from 0.71 to 1.43 mg/L.This paper introduces the main structures and process parameters,summarizes the characteristics of the overall efficiency-oriented application of the"One Plant-Two Use"model,and demonstrates the combination of sewage upgrading to Quasi-Ⅳ standard with sewage recycling and utilization,which has significant innovative value and promotion significance.
