摘要
目的九联指标干化学法探讨并评估对阴道炎的鉴别诊断和临床应用价值,九联指标包括pH、白细胞酯酶、过氧化氢、乳酸、唾液酸苷酶、脯氨酸氨基肽酶、N-乙酰氨基己糖苷酶、氧化酶、β-葡萄糖醛酸酶。方法456例妇科门诊患者阴道分泌物标本同时采用显微镜法和九联干化学法检测,并进行统计学分析。结果干化学法中白细胞酯酶与白带常规湿片显微镜检诊断清洁度结果总符合率为80.0%;与传统的显微镜法相比较,细菌性阴道炎两者符合率62.9%。真菌性两者符合率95.4%;滴虫性阴道炎两者符合率95.4%。结论使用九联检试剂盒对阴道分泌物进行检测简单易行,结果客观,值得临床推广,但现阶段仍需结合显微镜镜检对妇科疾病诊断将会更有意义。
Objective:To assess the application of dry-chemistry method on elytritis diagnosis,com-bined detection of nine kinds of vaginal secretions was analyzed,such as pH,leucocyte esterase,hydrogen peroxide,lactic acid,neuraminidase,prolinase,N-acetylhexosaminidase,oxidase andβ-glucuronidase.Methods:456 vaginal secretion samples of gynecological outpatients were evaluated with microscopy and dry-chemistry method of combined detection.The statistical analysis was performed.Results:The whole identical rate of leucocyte esterase assay between the dry-chemistry method and microscopy was 80.0%.Compared with traditional microscopy method for BV detection,62.9%of results matched with the dry-chemistry method.Both fungus and trichomonas assays,the total coincidences were 95.4%using the dry-chemistry method.Conclusion:The dry-chemistry method of combined nine kinds of vaginal secretions was easy to operate with rational in results.At the moment,it could be apply to diagnosis of gynecological diseases and achieve more significance with integrated into microscopy.
