摘要
齿轮箱是增速型风电机组的关键部件之一,其润滑系统是齿轮箱安全、可靠运行的重要保障。润滑系统故障及误报警会给齿轮箱的安全稳定运行带来隐患或引起机组停机。某些问题与季节即温度密切相关,文章分析北方风场实际运行中在冬季易发生的润滑系统常见问题或者误报警的原因,从控制策略上优化润滑系统的运行,以降低润滑系统的故障率及误报率。
The gearbox is one of the key components of the high-speed wind turbine,and its lubrication system is an important guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of the gearbox.The failure and false alarm of the lubrication system will bring hidden dangers to the safe and stable operation of the gearbox or cause the unit to shut down.Certain problems are closely related to the season,i.e.temperature.The reasons for common lubrication system problems or false alarms that tend to occur in winter are analyzed during the actual operation of the northern wind field,and the operation of the lubrication system is optimized in terms of the control strategy in order to reduce the failure rate of the lubrication system and the rate of false alarms.
