摘要
文中对某风场13#机组主齿轮箱异常状态润滑油进行了清洁度检测和污染物分离提取。通过显微拍照、扫描电镜和能谱分析技术对分离提取出的污染物进行微观辨析、物质扫描和元素分析,以明确污染物的主要成分及来源。结果显示,该油清洁度极差,已严重超出标准限制值;油中主要污染物为浅色胶状物和黑色金属颗粒,污染物主要包含C、O、Si、P、S、Ca、Fe元素,初步推断污染物主要源自油的老化产物、添加剂析出物以及少量齿轮箱磨损产物。在此基础上,对该油性能状态、齿轮箱磨损和运行状况做了初步判定,并提出了后续处理措施和建议,相关工作及成果具有一定的工程实用性和借鉴价值。
Cleanliness of the main gearbox abnormal-state lubricating oil belonging to 13#wind turbine in a wind field was tested and contamination was extracted from the oil.Microscopic observation,substance scan and elemental analysis of the contamination were conducted by using microphotograph,SEM and EDX in order to clarify the main components and sources of the contamination.The results show that the oil cleanliness is very poor,exceeding the level limit of standards severely;the major contamination of the oil are light color gelatinous substance and ferrous metal particles,and the contamination consists primarily of C、O、Si、P、S、Ca、Fe,and then it is preliminarily inferred that the main sources of the contamination are oil aging,additives educts and some wear debris of gearbox.Based on this,the oil performances,gearbox wearing and operating status are determined originally,with treatment measures and suggestions being given.The work and results are of certain engineering practicality and worth using for reference.
