摘要
针对GH4698合金在冲击试验中表现出的偏低冲击吸收能量进行了系统的微观组织分析。通过对材料冲击断口、晶粒尺寸、碳化物及析出强化相γ′的详细研究,结果表明,析出强化相γ′对材料冲击吸收能量的影响尤为显著。具体而言,作为硬质析出相的γ′在材料变形过程中能够有效阻碍位错的滑移。当位错在晶体中移动并遭遇这些γ′相颗粒时,会发生钉扎现象,导致位错运动的难度增加,从而增强材料的变形抗力,进而影响材料的冲击吸收能量水平。研究发现,当GH4698合金中的γ′相析出不足时,材料的冲击吸收能量会明显降低。因此,优化γ′相的析出量及其分布特征,将是提升GH4698合金冲击性能的重要研究方向。此外,尽管晶粒形态、碳化物的分布及含量等对材料的冲击吸收能量有一定影响,但其对冲击吸收能量的影响相对较小。
The microstructure analysis of the low impact energy of GH4698 alloy in impact test was systematically carried out.Through the detailed study of the impact fracture,grain size,carbide and precipitation strengthening phase γ′,the results show that the influence of the precipitation strengthening phase γ′relative to the impact energy of the material is particularly significant.Specifically,the γ′phase,which is a hard precipitated phase,can effectively hinder the slippage of dislocations during the deformation of materials.When the dislocation moves in the crystal and encounters these γ′phase particles,pinning occurs,which increases the difficulty of the dislocation movement,thereby enhancing the deformation resistance of the material,which in turn affects the impact energy level of the material.It is found that when the precipitation of the γ′phase in GH4698 alloy is insufficient,the impact energy of the material will be significantly reduced.Therefore,optimizing the precipitation and distribution characteristics of γ′phase will be an important research direction to improve the impact performance of GH4698 alloy.In addition,although the grain morphology,carbide distribution and content have a certain influence on the impact energy of the material,the influence on the impact energy is relatively small.
