摘要
通过单一变量设计试验,研究焊接电流对热锻模零件表面堆焊焊缝硬度和耐磨性能的影响规律,并对最优参数下的焊缝组织进行观察和分析。试验中采用维氏显微硬度计对焊接接头的显微硬度进行测试,用磨损试验机和电子天平对焊接接头的耐磨性能进行测试,采用光学显微镜(OM)和扫描电镜(SEM)对焊缝组织进行观察。试验结果表明,随着焊接电流的增大,焊缝的显微硬度先增大后减小,在电流100 A左右出现最大值,对应的磨损量则先减少后增加,在100 A左右时出现了最小值。
The effect of the welding current to hardness and wear resistance of the part surfacing was researched through the single variable design experiment.The weld microstructure under the optimal parameters was observed and analyzed.Hardness tester was used to analyze the mechani⁃cal properties of the welded joints.Abrasion tester and electronic balance were used to measure the wear-resisting property of the welded joint.The optical microscopy(OM)and scanning elec⁃tron microscopy(SEM)were used to observe the microstructure of the welded joints.The results showed that with the increasing of the welding current,the hardness first decreased and then increased.When the welding current was 100 A,the average hardness had the maximum value.However,with the increasing of the welding current,the wear extent first increased and then decreased.When the welding current was 100 A,the average hardness had the minimum value.
