摘要
利用MMS-200热模拟试验机对铸态Ni-Cr-Al合金在变形温度为1000~1150℃和应变速率为0.01~1 s^(-1)的变形条件下进行了热压缩试验。依据合金在各变形条件下流变数据,建立了用于描述合金流变行为的应变补偿Arrhenius本构方程和热加工图。通过热加工图和热变形组织分析,确定了铸态Ni-Cr-Al合金的良好热加工区域为1020~1080℃,应变速率为0.15~1 s^(-1)。
The thermal compression test of as-cast Ni-Cr-Al alloy was performed under the deformation temperatures ranging from 1000℃ to 1150℃ and strain rates between 0.01s^(-1) and 1s^(-1) on a MMS-200 thermal simulation test machine.Based on the rheology data obtained under various deformation conditions,a strain-compensated Arrhenius constitutive equation and a hot working diagram were developed to characterize the alloy's rheologic behavior.Through analysis of the hot deformation microstructure and reference of the hot working diagram,the optimal hot working area for as-cast Ni-Cr-Al alloy is 1020~1080℃ with a strain rate of 0.15~1 s^(-1).
