高温合金棒坯锻造过程的热变形和动态再结晶行为 被引量:1

摘要 研究了应变量、变形温度、应变速率、铸锭均质化水平和第二相分布状态等因素对高温合金棒坯锻造过程的热变形和动态再结晶行为的主要影响规律,介绍了高温合金棒坯获得完全动态再结晶组织的条件的工程化应用经验。高温合金棒坯不完全动态再结晶组织引发超声检测噪声严重,导致棒坯内部隐藏的夹杂物团簇缺陷被噪声信号掩盖,给材料服役带来过早疲劳失效风险。高温合金棒坯完全动态再结晶的应变量、变形温度、应变速率条件受制于锻造设备性能;合金均质化水平和第二相分布状态条件取决于材料特性、工艺参数设计。高温合金棒坯实现完全动态再结晶的工程途径是快锻机多次镦粗+拔长开坯,末火次采用径锻机锻造成形。 The main effects of strain,deformation temperature,strain rate,ingot homogenization level and second phase distribution on the hot deformation and dynamic recrystallization behavior of superalloy billet during forging process were studied.The engineering application experience of the conditions for obtaining fully dynamic recrystallization microstructure of superalloy billet was introduced.The incomplete dynamic recrystallization structure of superalloy billet leads to serious noise in ultrasonic testing,which leads to the hidden inclusion cluster defects in the billet covered by noise signals,and brings the risk of premature fatigue failure to the service of materials.The strain,deformation temperature and strain rate conditions of complete dynamic recrystallization of superalloy billet are subject to the performance of forging equipment.The homogenization level and the second phase distribution of the alloy depend on the material properties and the design of process parameters.The engineering way to achieve complete dynamic recrystallization of superalloy billet is multiple upsetting+stretching and billeting by fast forging machine,and forging forming by radial forging machine at the end of the fire.
