摘要
本文涉及的铁镍基合金异形锻件形状特殊,结构复杂,锻造成形难度大。本文旨在利用车间现有生产技术条件,采用自由锻成形方式对异形件锻造成形工艺进行研究。利用DEFORM数值模拟软件对主要成形过程进行仿真计算,模拟异形件在自由锻成形方式下的成形效果,通过对锻造过程中材料流动、应力应变分布、温度变化和锻件成形质量的分析,优化了锻造工艺参数,提高了锻件的成形质量。通过实际生产验证,异形锻件成形效果良好,成形形状与数值模拟结果高度吻合,验证了数值模拟结果的正确性,证明了铁镍基合金异形锻件自由锻锻造成形工艺的合理性和可行性。
The special-shaped forgings of iron-nickel-based alloy involved in this paper have special shapes and complex structures,which make the forming process difficult.This paper aims to study the forging process of special-shaped parts by means of the existing production technology conditions in the workshop and adopting the free forging method.The DEFORM numerical simulation software is used to make the simulation calculation for the main forming process and simulate the forming effect of special-shaped parts with the free forging method.Through the analysis of material flow,stress and strain distribution,temperature variation and forming quality of forgings during the forging process,the forging process parameters are optimized and the forming quality of forgings is improved.Through actual production verification,the forming effect of special-shaped forgings is good,and the formed shape is highly consistent with the numerical simulation results,which verifies the correctness of the numerical simulation results and proves the rationality and feasibility of the free forging process for special-shaped forgings of iron-nickel-based alloy.
