摘要
目的探讨血尿酸水平与AS疾病活动度的关系。方法回顾性收集297例AS患者的临床资料。AS疾病活动度评估采用CRP计算的ASDAS-CRP评分,采用MRI-SPARCC方法评估骶髂关节骨髓水肿的范围、强度和深度。分析血尿酸水平与相关指标的关系。结果AS患者血尿酸水平与ESR、CRP、ASDAS呈负相关(P<0.01)。极高疾病活动度患者的血尿酸水平明显低于其他各组(P<0.05)。AS合并高尿酸血症患者的ESR、CRP、ASDAS水平明显低于未合并非高尿酸血症患者(P<0.01),三组MRI-SPARCC评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论AS患者适度升高的血尿酸在一定程度上可能减弱了炎症反应。
Objective To investigate relationships between serum uric acid and disease activity in ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods A total of 297 AS patients were included in this retrospective study.The assessment of AS disease activity is based on the ASDAS score calculated by CRP.The severity of sacroiliitis was evaluated by MRI-SPARCC scoring system.Results The serum uric acid of AS patients was negatively correlated with ESR、CRP and ASDAS(P<0.01).The serum uric acid levels of AS patients with extremely high disease activity are significantly lower than those of other groups with low disease activity(P<0.05).The levels of ESR,CRP,and ASDAS in AS patients with hyperuricemia were significantly lower than those without hyperuricemia patients(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in MRI-SPARCC scores(P>0.05).Conclusion Moderately elevated blood uric acid levels in AS patients may help to weaken inflammatory responses.
