摘要
本文通过针入度、软化点、黏度、动态剪切流变和延度等试验方法分析改性沥青胶浆高温和低温性能,并对动态剪切流变试验数据进行双因素方差分析,研究不同目数和掺量的废旧橡胶粉改性沥青胶浆力学性能。结果表明:废旧橡胶粉沥青与基质沥青相比,针入度降低了35.3%,软化点增加了14.9%,延度增大,车辙因子明显增加,故加入废旧橡胶粉,提高沥青的高温抗车辙性能力和低温抗裂性,通过方差分析得出橡胶粉显著改善基质沥青的性能。
The mechanical properties of rubber powder modified asphalt with different mesh size and content were studied.High temperature and low temperature properties were analyzed by penetration test,softening point test,ductility test,viscosity test and dynamic shear rheology test,and variance analysis was conducted for dynamic shear rheology test data.The results show that the penetration of rubber powder modified asphalt decreased by 35.3%,the softening point increased by 14.9%,the ductility increased and the rutting factor increased significantly compared with the base asphalt.The addition of rubber powder can improve the rutting resistance.Variance analysis show that rubber powder significantly improveds the performance of base asphalt.
