摘要
新质生产力的提出,标志着我国文化产业已经进入了一个全新的发展阶段。在这一阶段,文化产业的数字化转型成为世界发展主流趋势,文化产业的发展不再囿于传统的生产和消费模式。数字技术的引入,对文化产品的生产过程进行全面数字化设计,致使文化产业的劳动力、生产资料、劳动对象发生了根本性的变化。新质生产力悄然推动了文化产业的数字化转型,极大改变了文化产业的内生性发展进程。新质生产力的发展通过推动文化产业内容生产方式嬗变,能够提升生产效率,实现产能的质效跃升;能够重塑消费模式,满足多元化、个性化的文化消费需求;能够优化产业结构,构建以数据为核心驱动力的新型文化产业生态;能够增强资源匹配机制,突破时空界限,实现文化资源的最优规划。
The introduction of new quality productive forces indicates that the nation′s cultural industry has entered a new stage of development.At this stage,the digital transformation of cultural industry has become the mainstream trend of world development,and the industry is no longer confined to traditional production and consumption patterns.The introduction of digital technology has comprehensively digitalized the production process of cultural products,resulting in fundamental changes in the labor force,means of production,and objects of labor in cultural industry.New quality productive forces has unnoticeably promoted the digital transformation of cultural industry and greatly changed the endogenous development process of it.The development of new quality productive forces promotes the transformation of content production mode of cultural industry,improves production efficiency,and realizes the leap of production quality and efficiency;reshapes consumption mode to meet diversified and personalized cultural consumption needs;optimizes industrial structure and builds a new cultural industry ecology with data as the core driving force;enhances resource matching mechanism,breaks through the boundaries of time and space,and realizes the optimal planning of cultural resources.
