摘要
对电梯用钢丝绳断丝进行表面形貌、显微组织、力学性能等检测分析。结果表明:磨损挤压是钢丝绳表面断丝的原因。主要断裂过程:首先局部钢丝被磨损挤压,导致应力集中,进一步发生疲劳断裂;其次经过或者多次经过滑轮时钢丝断裂处毛糙,出现卡滞或者运转不畅,导致其他绳股也出现断丝以及变形现象。
To inspect and analyze surface morphology,microstructure and mechanical properties of broken wire of elevator wire rope.Results show that abrasion and extrusion is reason of wire breakage on wire rope surface.The main fracture process is as follows:firstly,local steel wire is worn and extruded,resulting in stress concentration and further fatigue fracture;When passing through pulley again or many times,the broken part of steel wire is rough,and there is jamming or poor operation,resulting in broken wires and deformation of other rope strands.
