摘要
钢丝绳在使用中的断丝有多种表象，由多种原因造成。通过对钢丝绳在１５ｍ长度内的不同股上有１１处断丝这一特殊事例的宏观检验和金相分析得出结论：钢丝绳在使用中由于剧烈摩擦，表面产生一脆性马氏体薄层。
To seek the causes of wire breaking of wire rope by analyzing many superficial phenomena of wire breaking in the use of wire ropeA conclusion is drawn through macroscopic checking and metaloscopy analyses of a special fact that there are 11 wires breaking in different strands within 15 m wire ropeThe result shows that the basic reason of wire breaking is due to a thin layer martensite on the wire surface produced by violent friction of wire rope during being used
