摘要
在医学教育中融入思政元素是培养具有良好医德和专业技能的医学人才的重要途径,这也将为进一步推行新时代的教育方针、巩固“健康中国”战略的胜利果实做出重大贡献。胃肠外科是外科学中的一大重要分支,其急诊病例主要涵盖腹腔脏器的急性炎症、空腔脏器的急性穿孔、出血与梗阻等多种急腹症。上述急诊疾病不仅是外科学授课中的重点讲解内容,也是造成我国社会医疗沉重负担的重要因素。因此,将课程思政元素融入胃肠外科急诊临床教学体系中,有助于学生正确世界观、人生观、价值观的塑造,促进学生全面发展,切实提升胃肠外科专业人才的培养质量。本文将围绕“立德树人”这一核心目标,以政策引导、学科建设为着眼点,深入挖掘胃肠外科学习章节中的相关思政元素,积极探索教学过程中思政元素融入的新路径,助力医学教育的高质量发展。
Incorporating the elements of ideology and politics into medical education is an important way to cultivate medical talents with good medical ethics and professional skills,which will also make a significant contribution to the further implementation of the education policy in the new era and the consolidation of the victorious fruits of the ‘Healthy China' strategy.Gastrointestinal Surgery is a major branch of Surgery,and its emergency cases mainly cover acute inflammation of abdominal organs,acute perforation of cavity organs,bleeding and obstruction,and other acute abdominal diseases.The above emergency diseases are not only the key contents of the lectures in surgery,but also an important factor that causes the heavy burden of medical care in our society.Therefore,the integration of the elements of course ideology into the clinical teaching system of gastrointestinal emergency surgery will help students to shape a correct worldview,outlook on life and values,promote the overall development of students,and effectively improve the quality of training of gastrointestinal surgical professionals.This paper will focus on the core objective of ‘cultivating morality and educating people',take policy guidance and discipline construction as the focus,deeply explore the relevant elements of ideology and politics in the study chapters of gastrointestinal surgery,and actively explore new paths of integrating elements of ideology and politics into the teaching process,so as to assist in the high-quality development of medical education.
