糖酵解在肺动脉高压中的基础与转化研究进展

Basic and translational research progress of glycolysis in pulmonary hypertention

摘要 肺动脉高压(PH)是指由多种异源性病因和不同发病机制导致肺血管结构或功能改变, 引起肺血管阻力和肺动脉压力升高的临床病理生理综合征, 最终发展成右心衰竭甚至死亡。PH的病理特征主要表现为肺动脉和右心室重塑。近年来, 糖酵解在PH肺血管和右心重构中的作用受到广泛关注。本文主要综述糖酵解在PH中的基础与转化研究最新进展。 Pulmonary hypertention(PH)is a clinical and pathophysiological syndrome characterized by structural or functional changes in the pulmonary vasculature due to various heterogeneous diseases and underlying mechanisms.Increased pulmonary vascular resistance and pulmonary arterial pressure eventually progress to right heart failure and even death.The primary pathological features of PH include pulmonary artery and right ventricular remodeling.In recent years,the role of glycolysis in pulmonary vascular and right heart remodeling in PH has been well concerned.This article reviewed the latest advances in basic and translational research on the role of glycolysis in PH.
