某炼油厂加氢型酸性水汽提塔运行分析与优化探究

摘要 针对某炼油厂硫磺装置加氢型酸性水汽提塔运行中存在的问题,分析进装置加氢型酸性水量与加氢型酸性水汽提塔进料量严重不匹配的形成原因,找出根源所在,并制定出针对性的优化措施。实施优化措施后,加氢型酸性水汽提塔运行稳定,各项参数都在控制范围之内。不但解决了酸性水量与进料量的匹配问题,而且降低了蒸汽用量,装置能耗明显下降,取得了显著的效果。 In response to the problems in the operation of the hydrogenation type acidic water stripping tower in a sulfur unit of a refinery,this paper analyzes the reasons for the serious mismatch between the amount of acidic water entering the unit and the amount of feed entering the hydrogenation type acidic water stripping tower,identifies the root cause,and formulates targeted optimization measures.After implementing optimization measures,the operation of the hydrogenation type acidic water stripping tower is stable,and all parameters are within the control range.Not only did it solve the problem of matching the amount of acidic water with the amount of feed,but it also reduced the amount of steam used and significantly reduced the energy consumption of the device,achieving significant results.
