摘要
近年来硫磺回收部分工艺变化不大，只是在烧氨流程、过程气预热方式等方面变化较多，选择余地也更大；随着1996年我国大气污染物综合排放标准的颁布，随后新设计装置为满足上述排放标准，尾气处理全部采用还原吸收工艺。由于还原吸收工艺投资和操作费用都较高，造成中、小型规模装置技术经济不尽合理，个别小厂装置建成后并没投产。
The process units for environmental protection in China＇ s refineries （ including desulfurization units, sour water strippers and sulfur recovery units are described in detail in respect of process flow, mechanical design, critical operating techniques, technology development and their development trends, that provides valuable information for engineers and operation management people of petroleum refineries.
