摘要 为研究CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道的振动特性和减振效果,基于多体动力学和有限元理论,建立车辆-无砟轨道耦合动力学模型,分析了不同减振垫层面刚度下轨道结构动力响应并且对其减振性能进行研究。结果表明:减振垫层在轨道结构层间有一定的隔振作用,底座板加速度和底座板位移随减振垫层面刚度的增大而增大,钢轨位移、轨道板位移和轨道板加速度随减振垫层面刚度的增大而减小;钢轨振动加速度级随减振垫层面刚度变化较小,轨道板振动加速度级随减振垫层面刚度的增大而减小,且在10 Hz以上频段减小趋势更明显,底座板振动加速度级随着减振垫层面刚度的增加显著增加;轨道结构的振动加速度级自上而下衰减,钢轨至轨道板的传递损失与轨道板至底座板的传递损失呈现此消彼长的趋势;减振垫面刚度越小,板式无砟轨道的减振效果越好,减振CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道在25~200 Hz频段的减振效果较好,最大减振量发生在63 Hz,在25 Hz以下频段的减振效果一般。 To study the vibration characteristics and damping effects of CRTSⅢslab ballastless track,a coupled dynamic model of vehicle and track based on multi-body dynamics and finite element theory was established,and the dynamic responses of the track structure were analyzed under different stiffness of the damping pad layer,and its damping performance was studied.The results show that the damping pad layer has a certain vibration isolation effect between the track structure layers.With the increase of the damping pad surface stiffness,the acceleration and displacement of the base plate increases,the displacement of the steel rail,the displacement of the track plate,and the acceleration of track plate decreases;The rail vibration acceleration level changes little with the damping pad surface stiffness,the track plate vibration acceleration level decreases with the increase of the damping pad surface stiffness,and the decreasing trend is more obvious in the frequency band above 10 Hz,and the base plate vibration acceleration level increases significantly with the increase of the damping pad surface stiffness;The vibration acceleration level of the track structure attenuates from top to bottom,and the transmission loss from rail to track plate and from track plate to base plate shows a trend of ebb and flow;The smaller the stiffness of damping pad is,the better the damping effect of slab ballastless track is.The damping effect of the damping CRTSⅢslab ballastless track is better in the frequency band of 25~200 Hz.The maximum damping occurs at 63 Hz,and the damping effect in the frequency band below 25 Hz is general.
