摘要
财务管理课程围绕立德树人根本任务,在厘清课程思政改革的目标、内容和方法三重逻辑基础上,通过重构“岗课赛证创”的财务管理课程内容体系,从财务理论认知(知)、财务管理岗位认同(情)、创新创业意志坚定(意)、躬身清廉实践(行)四个维度,构建起“识之有道、筹之有方、用之有益、取之有节”的课程思政育人目标,从师资队伍建设、课程思政资源建设、课程思政教学模式创新、课程思政教学评价四方面探索行之有效的财务管理课程思政教学改革实践路径。
The financial management course revolves around the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.Based on clarifying the triple logic of the goals,contents,and methods of ideological and political education reform,it reconstructs the content system of the financial management course through"position,course,competition,certification,and innovation".It constructs the educational goals of ideological and political education from four dimensions:financial theory cognition(knowledge),identification with financial management positions(emotion),firm determination in innovation and entrepreneurship(will),and practice of integrity(action).It aims to achieve the goals of"understanding with principles,planning with methods,using with benefits,and taking with moderation".Furthermore,the course explores effective practical paths for the reform of ideological and political education in financial management courses from four aspects:the construction of teacher teams,the construction of ideological and political education resources,the innovation of teaching models,and the evaluation of teaching.
