摘要
地方应用型本科院校建立适应自身发展的校企合作人才培养模式,是提高人才培养质量的必经之路。借鉴国内外校企合作人才培养模式,结合黑龙江工程学院材料科学与工程专业校企合作人才培养模式存在的问题,提出提高地方应用型本科人才培养质量的校企合作发展思路。精准选择合作企业,以合作企业生产的产品为载体制定适应地方应用型本科人才培养的课程体系,建立适合地方应用型本科院校发展的校企合作人才培养机制,以提高学生的应用能力,使其适应社会的发展,满足当代企业需求。
It is a necessary path to improve the quality of talent training for local applied undergraduate universities to establish the school-enterprise cooperation talent training mode that adapts to their own development.By enumerating the types of school-enterprise cooperation talent training modes at home and abroad,and combining with the problems existing in the school-enterprise cooperation talent training mode of materials science and engineering major of Heilongjiang Institute of Technology,this article proposes the development strategies of school-enterprise cooperation that can improve the quality of local applied undergraduate talent training.Local applied undergraduate universities should accurately and optimally select cooperative enterprises,use the products produced by cooperative enterprises as the carrier to develop a curriculum system that is suitable for their own talent training,and establish a talent training mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation suitable for their own development.These strategies can enhance the application ability of local applied undergraduate students,make them adapt to the development of society and meet the needs of contemporary enterprises.
